PICTURE DAY ORDER FORMS

Picture Day is Friday, October 31. Order forms were distributed on Monday and are due in the GRTWA office no later than Tuesday, October 28. Remember, a separate form is needed for each child. Payment can be made by cash, check (made payable to Lifetouch) or credit card. If paying by credit card, please visit www.mylifetouch.com to make your payment, and enter Picture ID # AL384026Q0. Please include cash, check (made payable to Lifetouch) or online receipt with your order form.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Keep an eye out for an email to be sent shortly that contains a copy of our policies and procedures for after school programs. Please take a moment to review this document, which contains important information regarding all of our available after school programs, as well as associated costs. Please feel free to contact the office if you have any questions regarding these policies and procedures.

BROADWAY SHOW NOVEMBER 18

Join GRTWA for a fun evening on Broadway, to see On the Town on Tuesday, November 18 at 7:00pm. Tickets are available for $50 for 5th to 8th graders and chaperones. Transportation is included in the cost; the bus will leave at 3:30pm and return at 11:00pm.

Tickets must be purchased by Nov. 3. Please make all checks payable to HAMC. Click here for order form.

OCTOBER 23 BOARD MEETING

The next membership meeting will occur on October 23 at 7:30pm. This meeting will include a vote to officially change the name of the school to Gottesman RTW Academy. As members of the school, parents are strongly encouraged to come and cast a vote for the new school name.

SCIENCE DAY OPEN HOUSE - OCT 26

Please join us on Sunday, October 26 for an open house science program, for ages 4 - 7. Invite your friends to attend and join the fun! Click here for more information and to RSVP.

AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT

PlaySmart and Color Wars will begin again this Friday, October 24. If you are interested in signing your child up for either class, please register them no later than Thursday, October 23. Registration information and links can be found on the Parent Page, in the Optional Programs section, or by clicking here.

8TH GRADE ISRAEL TRIP FUNDRAISERS

Chanukah Spree Dec 8th: Please send in new and gently used items for the sale, such as books, jewelry, toys, etc. Collection box is located in the hallway, by the nurse and administrative offices.
Personalized Artwork/Keepsake Gifts handmade by your child in time for Chanukah!! Your children will be creating artwork that can be transferred to various mediums just in time for Chanukah. On or about 10/24 (TBA) please check your child's backpack for their artwork, instructions and order form from Silvergraphics.com. Ariel's After School Cooking Classes for K-8: Support the 8th grade Israel trip and have fun in the kitchen, $30.00 per class or $125 for all 5! BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION

Please submit your box tops to the office by October 24 for the next submission deadline. This is a continuous program which helps raise money for the school throughout the year.

STEP UP FOR ISRAEL ADVOCACY SUMMIT

Step Up for Israel Advocacy Summit will be held on Sunday, November 2, 9:00am - 1:00pm at the Alex Aidekman Family Jewish Community Campus, 901 Route 10, Whippany.
