TUITION ASSISTANCE & BASE GRANTS

 

Please note, the first round of applications have already been reviewed.  If you are planning to apply for tuition assistance or a base grant, please complete this as soon as possible.

PLEASE CLAIM YOUR LOST & FOUND ITEMS

 

Our Lost & Found bin is overflowing with many unclaimed items. Your assistance in helping to clear out these items is greatly appreciated. Please come and claim any lost items at the Lost & Found bin, located in the back of the gym. Any items that remain unclaimed by Thursday, April 10, will be donated to charity.

MATZAH DONATIONS &

K-8 SEDER VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Passover is just around the corner! If you have extra matzah you'd like to donate, please drop off your matzah by Friday, April 4.

We are also in need of volunteers for the K-8 seder being held on Tuesday, April 8. To volunteer, please contact Ellen Ezra at ellengayler@yahoo.com.

HAMC STUDENTS MAKE US PROUD
   
HAMC students make us proud, and we want to show them off!  When your child completes a mitzvah, does a good deed, or accomplishes something important, please let us know. We want to highlight them.

 

Email ssmitte@hamc.org with your child's name, grade, and a sentence on what they did to have them featured on our HAMC Pride Bulletin Board. 

 

8TH GRADE ISRAEL TRIP FUNDRAISERS

  • Vendor Discount Cards (2013-14): $10 each - in the HAMC main office!

MITZVAH PROJECTS

 

Daniel Shtirmer is holding an arts and crafts donation drive to benefit the Goryeb Children's Hospital. There are two boxes by the front door for 1st-8th graders to donate arts and crafts supplies. Please note your child's grade with a Sharpie on a sticker for all donated items, because the class that brings in the most items will be treated to an ice cream social by the Shtirmer family.

Ben Pincus is raising money for Friends of The IDF Spirit Program  which provides combat soldiers with FIDF recreation facilities in Israel. Purchase an FIDF bracelet for $2.00 or make a donation online at www.fidf.org. Please include a note with your online donation that it's in support of Ben's project. Thank you!

ORAL CARE PRODUCTS RECYCLING & FUNDRAISING
 
HAMC has joined Terracycle and the Colgate Oral Care Brigade to recycle oral care waste products into useful new products. In addition, all recycled products help raise money for the school!

 

Drop off any used products/waste into our Terracycle collection box found in the lobby. Items that can be recycled include empty toothpaste tubes and caps, floss containers, toothbrushes, and outer packaging from toothbrushes and toothpastes (any brand). Click here for more details.
