A MESSAGE FROM MOREH MOSHE

With regard to Halloween next week, we kindly ask that our students not bring Halloween candy nor wear costumes to school. 

CALENDAR CHANGES 

• On Friday, December 6th the ECC will be in session as usual.  K-8 will still be closed. 
   
• The end of the first marking period has been changed from December 13th to December 11th. 

SAFETY FIRST  

We had our first evacuation drill last Friday, October 18th.  The drill was a complete success.  Moreh Moshe was very pleased with the conduct of everyone involved.  Thanks to everyone for helping to establish and maintain the safest environment for our children.

Please Note:  We continuously monitor all entrances and exits during the school day.  Please do not let anyone into the building whom you do not recognize as belonging in the school, and do not allow students to exit the building unless they are accompanied by an adult.

SCHOOL PICTURE FORM CORRECTION 

There was a mistake on the picture day cover letter.  Number 6 is incorrect.  You can purchase the class picture separately if you do not want to buy a package.  It is listed in the add ons/sheets.  

This fund-raiser will run from Wednesday, November 6th thru Friday, November 8th.  Please email sharialtman@embarqmail.com to volunteer.

• Please support Gabriella Neibart in her Bat Mitzvah project by donating NEW TOYS for Chanukah for Harmony Day Care Center, Irvington, NJ.  Please leave donations in the box located in the HAMC lobby or in the Morristown Jewish Center office.
