HAMC CALENDAR UPDATE 

 

We will be CLOSED on May 24th, the Friday before Memorial Day break.

The additional vacation day was granted because many of the days lost to inclement weather have been made up.

HAMC students in grades 5-8 are invited to attend this trip to see Roald Dahl's "Matilda - The Musical" on Broadway at 7pm on Tuesday, May 21st.

SUMMER ENRICHMENT  WEEK 

 

June 24th - 28th:  This camp is designed for children entering kindergarten to bridge the gap between the end of school and the start of the local day camps. Click here for registration form.

8th GRADE ISRAEL TRIP FUND RAISERS

  • NO Breakfast for Lunch on Friday, April 19th
             
  • Need a night out without the kids? Need a babysitter for the Gala? The current 7th grade class is offering babysitting services to raise funds for their trip to Israel next year. Both boys and girls are available. If you are interested please contact Randi Rosenstein at 973-460-9830.

MITZVAH PROJECT  

 

Upwards of 10% of NJ is hungry, and half of that population is children.  The Hungervan's goal is to bring food to where the need is.  I have committed to making 100 meals at White Meadow Temple on May 5th from 10:30am-1:00pm, then 6 volunteers (including myself) will go in the Hungervan to distribute the food.  Please send a donation of $4 per meal to Daniel Acocella at HAMC or email bacocella@jkha.org to volunteer on May 5th at WMT.  Thank you.  For more information visit http://hungervan.org

COMMUNITY EVENTS  

 

HAMC is a member of Common Ground II, a collaboration of Parent Associations from 11 independent schools in the area.  All HAMC parents are invited to attend the April 24th spring lecture at Chatham Day School free of charge. Click here for information about the lecture.
