PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES

An email was sent to all parents regarding the procedures for parent-teacher conferences on Thursday, November 8th.  Please let the office know if you did not receive that email. Correction: The email states that scheduling begins on October 26...please note that it actually begins on October 19, this Friday. You must schedule your conference appointments by Friday, November 2nd.

There will be no classes on November 8th.  Please plan accordingly.

REMINDERS FOR PARENTS

  • The health department has made it very clear to us that babies and young children may not be in the kitchen when food is being prepared or served for obvious health reasons. We also have safety issues of children getting underfoot causing someone to fall and hot ovens causing injury. We love having parents here volunteering, but we ask that you keep you children in their strollers and outside of the kitchen while you are here. On the same note, we ask that you not allow your toddlers to walk down the halls unattended. We run the risk of them being knocked down by an older child coming around a corner.

  • The main office officially closes at 4pm Monday - Thursday and 2:15pm on Fridays. If you are picking a child up from an afternoon activity, please wait in your car along the driveway for the supervising adult to bring the children out at the end of the activity. Please do not ring the bell at the front door as there is usually no one available to answer.
