*Vortex Springs event is Thursday, July 2nd in Ponce DeLeon, Florida, at a natural spring. We will leave from the church at 9am and return about 5pm. Lunch is provided. Basic entry fee is $6.

Coming up  This Tuesday

 

VBS Neighborhood Follow-Up

 

On Tuesday, June 30, from 6:30pm to 7:45pm we will have a visitation follow-up, reaching out to all the families whose children attended this year's Vacation Bible School.  

 

We will target those families who are currently without a church home.  

 

Please mark this date on your calendar and join other members of our church in this follow-up effort.  

 

We need to have many of our members to come out for this visitation; the more that come the more ground we can cover that evening.  

 

This is one of the best opportunities all year to reach people with the gospel of Jesus Christ. BE A PART OF THIS EFFORT!

Pastor Ron invites all our adult members to join him on Wednesday night Bible study.  Let's grow together through this study of God's word

 

 

 We will baptize new believers during the Combined Worship Service at 10:30am on Sunday, July 12.

Interested in learning about church membership?

 

 

The "Introduction to Church Membership" class will be taught by Pastor Ron.

Children's Ministry is sponsoring a family night of recreation and enjoyment at Felton Lanes on Sunday, July 19th from 6:00-8:00pm.

The MASTER's LIGHT FORCE

This will be an evangelistic effort to reach out to our unchurched neighbors, friends, and coworkers with the good news of the gospel. This will be a church-wide opportunity for everyone to be involved in reaching those this summer who are far from God. Stop by the info table in the main foyer for more information.

 

A Great Commission Challenge

I.          Identify and pray for a lost person within the circle of my life.                                      (PRAY)

II.         Develop a relationship with that person over a 3-month period.                             (PURSUE)

III.        Invite this person to the evangelistic event that will be held on Sunday, August 23, at the close of this 3-month challenge.                                                       (PERSUADE)

Deacon/Yokefellow Nomination forms are available on the counter in the main foyer. If you would like to submit a name to be considered for deacon or yokefellow, please complete the nomination form and give it to either Chris Gay, Mark Creighton, Bill Crouch or John Bonelliactive deacon or yokefellow by July 5th.

 

 

KEENAGERS:

  

Fall Trip to Pigeon Forge, TN sponsored by the Keenagers October 13-16, 2015. We welcome anyone who would like to go on this trip with us. Cost $475 per person double occupancy. Deposit of $100 by September 1st, will hold your reservation. More details at the July Keenagers meeting or from Ken or Becky Richmond.

 

 

 

 

A GREAT DAY OF GIVING

 

On Sunday, July 26, we would like to encourage all of our adult members to consider giving a financial gift above your regular tithes and offerings.

 

This gift will be for the restoration of our church facilities as follows:  

 

Replacement of carpet surrounding the sanctuary and in the offices and replacement of ceiling tiles and light fixtures in the fellowship hall.  

 

Pray about your financial contribution towards this project.
