March to the Manger

 

This will be a time to present our Lottie Moon Christmas Offering as we "March to the Manger." This ceremonial gesture allows us to offer our gifts to God for International Missions in a corporate unified expression of love.

 

Notice:The church office will be closed during Christmas week, December 22-26. The church office telephone will be monitored daily. If you need to contact a staff member call the office at 455-7389 and leave your name and phone number along with a message.

 

Reminder - Sunday December 21st at 4pm: The Church Council will meet in the office workroom.

 

Sweet Hour of Prayer

  

Join our Pastor and friends on Tuesdays, 6am-7am for an hour of prayer - praying for our church and America.

  

Hour of Power Prayer Ministry

Meet in the worship center each Thursday at 10:30am to pray with the Pastor.

Your donations for the CSM children's Christmas ministry provided gifts for approximately 100 children.   

  

  

Ron Pouliot delivered the shoe boxes to Myrtle Grove Elementary School and Sherwood Elementary School on Monday. The administrative staff at these schools were very appreciative and had smiles on their faces when the shoe boxes for boys and girls arrived.

 

Upward Basketball Referee Training: There will be a training session for anyone interested in refereeing this season in the gym on Tuesday, December 16th, at 7:00pm. For more information contact Ron Pouliot.

  

 

Deacon/Yokefellow Reminder:

  

Christmas Dinner 12/20 @ 6pm in Fellowship Hall (All deacons & yokefellows, ordained ministers, and church staff are invited.) Current deacons & yokefellows are asked to bring a covered dish. RSVP to Joe Cato at 723-4041 as soon as possible.

  

 

Family Skate Night: Come out and enjoy an evening with your friends Friday, December 19th, from 7:00-9:00pm. Skate Night is held in the Family Life Center Gym. Children must be accompanied by an adult. There is no charge for the skates. Please remember to bring some socks.

 

 

 

 

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: There is a need for volunteers to work in the audio/visual booth on Sundays. No experience necessary. Training will be provided. Please call the church office to volunteer if interested.
