Throughout the month of September the pastor will be preaching on the total stewardship of our lives.  

This will include the use of our time, talents, resources (financial and other) and our lives and the lives of our family members.

Don't miss any of these exciting and challenging messages.

In addition, there will also be a church-wide challenge to increase our giving in every area of our lives.

Pray to God to touch your heart during these weeks and then be obedient to follow His leading.

Youth Car Wash for Camp Fundraising

Date: Sept. 13, 2014 - Time: 9 am to 12 pm

Location: Front parking lot of church

Be a part: Pray for the youth, serve that morning with us, and/or get your vehicle washed. Every summer, the youth ministry attempts to take many students with us to Summer Camp.  

At camp, many students renew their faith in Christ, find faith in Christ, meet friends, get refreshed and ready for the new year, and have other positive results as well.

In order for several students to even go, they need financial assistance.

We want to start raising money for the Camp Assistance fund NOW before the new year approaches and summer shortly after it. Fundraisers, like this car wash, serve as great ways for students to contribute and serve while also raising needed finances for students to

The Myrtle Grove Baptist Church Praize Kidz choir is beginning another year of learning more about praising our Lord Jesus. The kids are excited to sing songs of praise and help lead in worship once a month in the morning worship services. All children in grades one through six are invited to join the Praize Kidz. Anna Guy, President of Florida WMU will be a special speaker at our Women on Mission meeting, Tuesday, September 9, 11:30am. All ladies are invited to come and bring a salad to share and shampoo, lotion, or backpack for Porch Light Ministry.

FALL FAMILY FESTIVAL:It's just around the corner. On Friday, October 31st from 6:00 - 8:00pm, our church will once again offer the children of the Myrtle Grove and surrounding communities an alternative to "trick-or-treat." We need your help in making this a special event for these children. Individually wrapped candy donations are needed. Boxes have been placed in the church office and the FLC.
