_{Today is . . .KEENAGERS' Recognition Day}

 

_{Keenagers is a vital and important ministry to senior adults of our fellowship!}

 

_{All Keenagers are requested to sit in the front/center reserved section of the church. Following the worship service lunch will be served in the FLC for Keenagers.}  

 

_{For our active Keenager members we will have our annual fish fry on Tuesday, May 6th at 10:00 am in the fellowship hall.}

_{The lunch will be catered by Chet's Seafood; therefore, you will not need to bring any food.}  

 

_{The cost will be $10.00 per person, so if you are able, please come prepared to help us offset the cost. The program will be presented by The Wright Street Boys singing some of our favorite songs.}

_{As most of you know, Brad has accepted a call by the North American Mission Board for an opportunity to help plant a new church in Nevada.}

_{While we are sad that they are leaving Myrtle Grove we are certainly excited for them as they submit to God's guidance for a new place of service.}  

 

_{Tonight you will have an opportunity to say goodbye to Brad and Chelsea and to express your good wishes to them!}

 

 

_{Next Sunday . . .is Mother's Day.}

_{Mothers in attendance will receive a small gift as an expression of appreciation for our moms.}

_{In addition, in both 9:15am and 10:30am worship services, we will have . . .} PARENT/CHILD DEDICATION.

Parents who would like to have your child/children dedicated are invited to participate in the Parent/Child Dedication ceremony on Mother's Day. Each child will receive a certificate as a reminder of this special event in their life. You may sign up in the foyer at the info table or call the church office and provide names and ages of your children to be dedicated.

Combined Worship Service @ 10:30am

Both of our English speaking worship services will worship together. We will celebrate baptism

 

 

In addition . . ._{The Myrtle Grove Baptist Church Praize Kidz will be presenting The STAR Factor, a fun but meaningful Children's Choir musical drama, that teaches us that every part of the Body of Christ is important. Please join us for this special presentation.}

 

Pastor's Class for New Members

4:30pm - 6pm in the Holy Grounds Cafe

 

Interested in learning about church membership?

The "Introduction to Church Membership" class will be taught by Pastor Ron. A light supper and childcare are provided at no cost. Sign up at the info table in the church foyer.

_{Women on Mission- On Tuesday, May 13 the Women on Mission will go on a "field trip" in church van to the Florida Baptist Children's Home here in Pensacola. Any woman interested in going with us should contact Cheryl Stacey by Sunday, May 11.}

_{-approximately 20 hours per week-}

_{This custodian will clean the Preschool Learning Center and secure the church campus after church activities three evenings a week. They also work Sundays in the morning and evening to open and close the church facilities and prepare rooms for Sunday activities. Please come by the church office to pick up an application.
