TODAY we launch a 40-DAY JOURNEY OF PRAYER & FASTING.  Pastor Ron encourages our members to pray and fast for one 24-hour period each week beginning tomorrow, June 3 and ending July 11.  It is suggested that members set aside 24 hours (sundown to sundown) each week for intense prayer and fasting for spiritual revival in our hearts, our homes, our church, and our nation.  

Please join us at 9:15am each Sunday in the Holy Grounds Cafe.  This 8-week study will help us build the core truths of the Bible into our lives and show us answers to questions about God we all have.  See you there...

VBS WORKERS MEETING

Tonight, June 2 at 5:00pm

All VBS workers are encouraged to meet with VBS Director, Carol Larsen, to discuss this year's Vacation Bible School.  The meeting will be held in room 209 and will last approximately one hour.

Vacation Bible School Registration:  VBS is only a couple of weeks away.  Early registration is now open.  Forms are available in the foyer.  Workers are still needed.  Please see our VBS Director, Carol Larsen, today and let her know you are willing to help spread the gospel message to the children of our community. 

KEENAGERS: Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, June 4th, 2013, 10:00 A. M. in the fellowship hall. Our program will be Mr. Bill Farinas; he will speak on "how to care for your lawn and garden."  Please bring a covered dish or dessert to go with fried chicken.  Call and invite a friend and/or church member to the meeting.   For information, contact Neil Thorsen or any committee member.

Immediate opening for Lead Nursery Worker to schedule paid and volunteer staff for church services and other church activities. Will greet parents and check in/out preschoolers on Sundays and maintain necessary nursery supplies. Please pick up application in the church office.

Information will be given about our Men's Equipping Event on Saturday, August 24 - "Iron Sharpens Iron" along with a challenge to begin praying for revival in the hearts of the men of our church.  We will begin taking reservations in June for the fish fry dinner.  Donations will be accepted that evening to help defray the cost of the meal.  DON'T MISS THIS EXCITING EVENT
