FEBRUARY TOY OF THE MONTH: Trucks
Approximately 100 children received Christmas gifts through our Christmas gift ministry in 2012.
In order to get a head start in 2013, our Christian Social Ministries is beginning a TOY OF THE MONTH
program.
Please consider providing a toy truck during the month of February.
Toys may be dropped off at the church office.

Annual Easter Egg Hunt

It is almost time for our annual hunt and we need your help!
We need individually wrapped candy and plastic eggs to fill.
We will be filling the eggs on Wednesday, March 27th.
Please bring your candy and eggs to the church office or to the FLC before March 26th
.
If you would like to help at this year's festivities, please let Ron Pouliot know soon.
The Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, March 30th at 9:00am

The Church Matters
In February we will once again focus on the five purposes of a New Testament church. Messages on worship, discipleship, fellowship, ministry, and evangelism will be shared each week. In addition, opportunities for special training will be available to help members grow in their faith.

PRAISE GOD
for these new members who have requested baptism.
4:30pm The Pastor's Classfor new and prospective members will be held in the fellowship hall. A light supper and childcare is provided.

Super Bowl Party & Fellowship
Family Life Center
Everyone is invited to join the crowd.
The game will be shown on the "big screen." Invite a friend and please bring a finger food to share.

Discipleship University
|  Discipleship University Begins: Sunday, February 17, 2013 Time: 5pm Place: Holy Grounds Cafe Childcare provided. Sign up today in the main foyer. Courses: "The Law of Love: Lessons from the Pages of Deuteronomy" - Beth Moore delivers a powerful six session experience that you won't want to miss. It will have an impact on the way you look at the Old Testament and, you'll never read Jesus' answer about the great commandment the same way again. From here on out, you'll hear these words differently. This study contains a listening guide and supplemental articles but no daily bookwork assignments. "Not A Fan" - Twenty times in the New Testament, Jesus issues the invitation to follow Him. He's not interested in mere fans or admirers. He wants completely committed followers. Kyle Idleman leads us to examine what it means to deny self and truly follow Jesus. This study will lead you on a cinematic journey through a series of six mini-movies providing a unique perspective to help shape today's believer into a first century Christ-follower. "Fight" - Proverbs 27:17 tells us "Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another." Matt Mandrell leads a time of encouragement and fellowship for men.

Sweet Spirits Valentine Luncheon Tuesday, February 14 - Picadilly Cafeteria @ Town & Country Plaza Meet at the church fellowship hall at 11am and go as a group. Contact Kay Reed for more information. Wednesday Night Prayer & Bible Study Join Pastor Ron each Wednesday Night at 6pm for a Bible study focusing on the life of Joseph in the Book of Genesis. Don't miss this exciting Bible study KEENAGERS: Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, February 5th, 2013, 10am in the fellowship hall. Our program will be music by the Sweet Prospect Band. Please bring a dessert or salad to go with chili that the committee will provide. Call and invite a friend and/or church member to the meeting. For information, contact Neil Thorsen or any committee member. If you are interested in going on a trip to Atlanta (Stone Mountain) and Fernbank Museum on April 4th & 5th, you will need to see Ken/Becky Richmond to reserve a seat on the bus.
