With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I want to be the first to thank YOU from the bottom of my heart. Truly, your help has made a life-saving difference this past year.

I know you have read and seen videos of a few of the lives that have been positively changed. However, these stories are just a handful from the hundreds of men, women, and children whose lives have been touched by the grace of your compassionate giving.

I pray that over your Thanksgiving Holiday you will have time to reflect upon the blessings you have been given and the blessings you have given away. May you celebrate knowing that the blessings you have given to SAMMinistries have made a real difference. Thanks, again!

Volunteer Spotlight:

Keith Harrison

We are proud to have Keith Harrison as this month's spotlighted volunteer. Keith is a UTSA senior that has dedicated his last semester of school to volunteering.

In just eight weeks, Keith has served over 150 hours! He has spent most of his time serving at the Transitional Living and Learning Center (TLLC) by helping to plan and host enrichment activities benefiting the children in our programs.

He has become a valuable member of our team as he helps children adjust to their new lives at TLLC and provides care to families transitioning out of the trauma of homelessness and into achieving a new life. We wish Keith all the best in his future!
