ABLE Act May Finally Get to the "Floor" for a Congressional Vote this Spring
 After more than 7 years, Congress is (finally) getting very close to passing the ABLE Act. The Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act is modeled after the 529 plan, and will enable individuals with disabilities to open a special account at any financial institution and save up to $100,000 for housing, education, healthcare etc. without risking their Social Security and Medicaid. Did You Know?
A return date AFTER Sunday, July 7 from the National Convention can result in reductions to airfare of $200-400. If you are planning to spend an extra day or two vacationing in California, be sure to plan those days at the end of your stay to facilitate the best possible airfare.
