The chatter out there has struggle and anxiety in it: raising enough money at the auction, losing too many kids, finding the right teachers, getting voucher details covered, micro-managing boards, apathetic internal support, etc. We are commanded to bear one another burdens to fulfill the law of Christ. Turn to the Great Teacher for answers, and to each other for encouragement. You remain in my prayers.

We will do our best to pre-order and supply before your last day this spring, just need responses from all so we can save on mass order and shipping costs. They have our large order in stock and ready!

Directors: Registration still open! Friday April 29th, 9am-2pm at the District Resources Office. Dian Schlichtmann from Immanuel WI. Rapids is leading us through a collaborative session on intentionally integrating Jesus into all areas of our ministry. Registration is open at www.nwdlcms.org

| Visits and DAC
DJ has been on the road doing multiple Advanc-ED visits. What a great learning opportunity. Thanks to all of you serving on NLSA teams and for sharing your teachers to do the same. There is always something to learn when serving at another school!
The District Accreditation Commission is meeting after school is out to complete their responsibilities to NLSA. Deadline to submit your forms is May 15. CAR for NLSA; Annual Standards for NON-NLSA.

Remember there is no fall conference for the NWD other than our before school event on August 11th (see above). The hope is that people will attend LEA in October. Registration for that event is at the LEA website at http://www.lea.org
