Citizenship
But our citizenship is in heaven. ~ Philippians 3:29 Lost at times? It is because we forget who we are. In Lent, focus on the kingdom you were privileged to enter at your Baptism. You became part of the kingdom of God. You are a citizen of God's kingdom here, the church, and of God's kingdom, heaven. By the power of the Holy Spirit conduct yourselves as citizens of God's kingdom and you will not feel lost and confused. Remembering your Spirit-given citizenship, you will always know you're home and your home.O Holy Spirit, provide us with the strength of faith which knows to Whom we belong and under Whose reign and care we live. In Jesus' name, Amen
