|  | | Principal Summit SUCCESS
All but two of our schools were represented at the first Principal Summit with CUW. Those attending commented and shared on evaluations that teacher development through supervision of instruction should be our February topic. Watch for dates. Those attending also asked for planning to get regional groups of teachers together for focused development through our partnership with CUW.

The NWD Board of Directors will consider the proposed budget for 2016 during their November meeting. That budget includes support for NEW schools wanting to jump in to Curriculum Trak, support again for two cohorts of our Tec21 technology professional development, and support to reduce the cost of both principal and teacher ongoing professional development through Concordia University WI.

Our outstanding part-time secretary Stacy will be leaving us at month end to move back into patient care. Stacy had a great strength to tackle any task and complete it with fun professionalism. Our prayers for her happiness and smooth transition go with her. The NWD office will interview to fill the 20 hour per week position until we find the right candidate. Direct people to our office for a copy of the job description.
