Jairus had a very sick daughter and he knew she didn't have much time left. He found Jesus and declared his anxiety. A stop on the journey took some time and cost the girl her life. But Jesus used the moment to demonstrate His power over not just sickness, but death, healing the girl. It seems the Lord has a timetable different than us, for reasons greater than us. And it is good.
