| | | |  | | Organizing Our Work-Governance
While church strategic planning and school accreditation support are a big part of our spring, board training has been very popular. Immanuel Marshfield has recently revamped their approach to organizing ministry, realizing the switch from traditional boards to policy based was missing something they still needed. They chose to follow the three board model promoted by Ted Kober through Ambassadors of Reconciliation. Eventually they brought in DJ to kick-off their transition, working through roles and the work going forward.
