Organizing Our Work-Governance
While church strategic planning and school accreditation support are a big part of our spring, board training has been very popular. Immanuel Marshfield has recently revamped their approach to organizing ministry; realizing the switch from traditional boards to policy-based was missing something they still needed. They chose to follow the three board model prompted by Ted Kober through Ambassadors of Reconciliation. Check their website for details, or contact DJ at District Resources to talk through your governance questions.
