SHARE THE EXCITEMENT

"And they went with haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby lying in a manger. And when they saw it, they made known the saying that had been told them concerning this child." Luke 2:16-17 ESV

The words above tell about the Bethlehem shepherds. It was an unanticipated exciting night. All of a sudden the sky came alive with angels and they were told about the long anticipated coming of the Messiah. The real joy was realized as they 'hasted' or hurried to Bethlehem and saw the baby Jesus. They couldn't help themselves - they told people about the birth of the baby.

On November 9th, it was an exciting day in Lima, Peru, specifically in the slummy area called La Victoria, a place called Castillo Fuerte (Mighty Fortress). It was the first worship service at Castille Fuerte led by Missionary Joshua Gale; his first time in Spanish. On that morning, Malie, Sebastian and Lucas, the three children of Sandra, were baptized.
