God has things to say to me today. So often I ask the wrong question or worse, I don't ask at all. The few times I ask the right question, I choose to listen for only the answer I want to hear. I look like a Pharisee, trapping Jesus into my terms. Be in His Word...marvel in it. It is salvation.

Dear Jesus,

Daily I put you to the test, just like the Pharisees. Forgive my unwillingness to listen. Bathe me in your Word. Direct my steps.
