Congratulations Kelsey Kronholm! She is the second recipient of the three $1,000 LCEF Scholarships this spring in the NWD. Kronholm is an active member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Wis. Rapids, WI and a senior at Lincoln High School. Next year, she plans on attending Concordia University- St. Paul to major in elementary education. Read more...
