Red Cape Revolution with Darcy Eikenberg
I could use your help, .
what should I plant next? your help needed

Welcome to April. In the US, it's now officially tax season, allergy season, baseball season. And for gardeners like me, it's also the start of planting season.

But what to plant? After a long winter of lustful fawning over gorgeous catalogs, it's clear there's an abundance of choices. Since I can't try them all, I seek out good information from sources I trust.

Deciding what to develop for you here at Red Cape Revolution works the same way. As part of our community, you're who I trust most to help me understand your challenges and needs at work. The seeds of ideas you've sown with us before helped us create programs like our "Should I Stay or Go" class, our power coaching VIP Strategy Sessions (for those who want to get clarity, fast), and many of our free tools and tips.

So would you help me think about what to plant next here at Red Cape Revolution by telling me more about what's happening for you in your career? Pick one of three easy ways to share:

(Psst: we'll enter all of the interview volunteers into a drawing

for their very own VIP Strategy Session with me.)

Thanks in advance for your help, and we'll keep you posted on what's sprouting up next. (Plus, we promise to keep you away from the manure. . . ) So for now, snort your Nasacort, get outside, and thank you for being part of our work at Red Cape Revolution.

Always,

Darcy Eikenberg, ACC

P.S. Hello to all I've met while speaking to your groups so far this year! Soon I'll be speaking to the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) in Kingsport, TN, and in May I'll be at the Atlanta Society of Actuaries Life & Annuity Symposium.  We're planning our fall speaking commitments now. How can I support your company or group event? Let's talk!
