During the first full weekend in October, Jasper, Georgia and the entire community of Pickens County host the  Georgia Marble Festival.  Thousands of people from throughout the U.S. come to experience the rich heritage of the area and learn about the Marble Industry.  The sponsors and volunteers make this festival happen.

Inside of the Festival grounds you will find over 100 artists and artisans  in the Arts & Crafts area.  Weekend attendance exceeds 10,000 each year and everyone enjoys the handmade, homemade and other natural products exclusive to each exhibitor.   

You can be among the selected artists and craft makers for the
34th Annual Georgia Marble Festival.  You will find marble vases,
sculptures and tiles, handmade clothing and accessories, paintings, fine-honed crafts and jewelry and a variety of household and novelty items.

Attention Arts, Crafts and Food Vendors, we are opening up to allow Retail Vendors and lowered booth fees for the Arts & Crafts Vendors.  See all of the new application information and 2014 changes now online.

   

 

The entertainment is as varied as the other attractions.  Local  musicians and performers as well as regionally known acts take the stage at different hours each day.
