Pajama Sunday!

Hi everyone!

So far for 2014, the kids in the LOFT have raised $150 by bringing in their offering for the two Compassion International children who we sponsor. Our goal each month is $38 per child, so we are right on target!

Every month we have two voting categories for the kids to vote for. They vote for what they want by dropping their offering in a stoplight piggy bank. The question for February's offering was, "Which do you prefer more: silly socks or pajamas?" Pajamas won by a landslide!

In honor of reaching our monthly goal, we will get to celebrate by wearing our p.j.'s to church this Sunday! Of course, we will allow silly socks too because they do go well together!

This is not mandatory, but all are welcome to be comfy! The Tiny Town children can join in on the fun as well if they want to!

Thank you for teaching your child the importance of tithing and giving to others in need. Through your child's support, we continue to sponsor two Compassion International children. Abel is now 7 and lives in Mexico and Aniya just turned 5 and lives in India.

Our monthly sponsorship commitment is $38.00 per child, a total of $76.00.

We continually teach the kids what compassion is all about. To help them carry out compassion towards others and to remind them, we have fun monthly voting ballots. When they bring in their change, they can put it the stoplight of their personal vote.
