Arcade Age
is hosting the Tallahassee Pinball Tournament on Monday, May 27 beginning at 5pm. Players of all experience levels are welcomed! Tournament entry is $10. Half of that entry will go to the tournament pot. Qualifiers will be held from 5pm-8pm where each player will play one game on each of our pinball titles. We'll record those scores and assign points based on the best score on each machine. Each player will get one "do over" play to help raise their score on the game of their choosing. After qualifiers end at 8pm, each player will be sorted into four-player groups based on their qualifying score. Three pinball titles will be selected as the group's playoffs and they'll compete on one four-player match on each title. Points will be given for placement (1st=4 points, 2nd=3 points, 3rd=2 points, and 4th=1 point). The A Group (top four qualifiers) will compete for the tournament pot (half of all entry fees). Additional groups (B, C, D, etc.) will compete for recognition. The event is likely to last until 10pm or past based on number of players. Please plan accordingly. ------ Thanks, --Rob
