Spotlight: Simple Sugars
A former borrower of Bridgeway Capital, Lani Lazarri started her business in Fox Chapel at 11 years old.  Her all-natural skin care products started as gifts for friends and family who constantly asked for more.  This past March, she was featured on a show on ABC called "Shark Tank" featuring Pittsburgh's own Mark Cuban.  Her job was to pitch her product, Simple Sugars, to Cuban himself as well as Daymond John, Kevin O'Leary, Lori Grenier and Robert Herjavec. Fortunately for Lani, Mr. Cuban decided to invest in her company.  After her episode aired, she received thousands of orders and gained over 9,000 "likes" on her Facebook page.  For more information on how her business is doing, click on the video below!
