The FDA Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) uses public dockets to request comments from stakeholders on specific issues related to implementation of the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act.

There are several open dockets right now, including one related to menthol in cigarettes and tobacco products. Click here to view open dockets.

The FDA has also opened a docket seeking public comments related to a citizen petition asking the FDA to institute a track and trace program that would reduce tobacco tax evasion. Click here to view this docket. Your input can make a difference!
