As part of a Colorado E3 Initiative (Economy, Energy & Environment), the EPA and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) have partnered with CAMT to offer Green Value Stream Mappings subsidized by up to two-thirds of cost.

 

E3 is a coordinated federal, state and local technical assistance initiative to help Colorado manufacturers adapt and thrive in this new business era focused on sustainability. The Green Value Stream Mappings conducted by CAMT offer an integrated approach to sustainability by combining best practices of Lean, Green and Clean disciplines, providing techniques to identify and reduce all forms of operational, environmental and energy wastes.

This session will provide an introduction to Technology Driven Market Intelligence (TDMI) and Technology Scouting, new MEP growth services that provide your company the detailed real-world insights needed to find the perfect market entry points and/or solve technology problems. 

 

The Federal Railroad Administration's High-Speed Intercity Passenger Rail Program is producing the first American-made, Bi-Level Passenger Rail Cars. As part of this program, MEPs across the nation, including CAMT, are working to identify suppliers of a variety of rail car components to ensure these new rail cars are 100% American-made. 

 

CAMT will periodically notify the CAMT network through our website, LinkedIn Group, and, when timely, the monthly newsletter, when supplier requests are released from the Federal Railroad Administration. 

 

We are currently seeking Colorado manufacturing companies with capabilities to produce metal components recently released by the Administration. Those interested must respond by Monday. Learn more here.
