SKANSKA USA'S 400 FAIRVIEW PROJECT IN SLU IS LAUNCH FOR POPULARISE.COM
An online tool connecting developers with the SLU community to find out what you want in the neighborhood
Popularise, a crowdsourcing and community inclusion tool for real estate developers, launched in Seattle with Skanska USA Commercial Development's 400 Fairview project in SLU. 400 Fairview will offer 300,000 sq. ft. of office space in twelve stories over a ground floor open-air Market Hall. The Market Hall will feature curated, small-scale retail, services, cafes, and a restaurant, plus convertible indoor/outdoor space.
Similar to Pinterest and Facebook, Popularise's 'Drawing Board' platform invites those who live, work and play in the area to comment on what they'd like to see at 400 Fairview and follow progress of the project through development.

SLU Science Trek is a signature event of the 2012 Seattle Science Festival. The Trek features hands-on activities and learning opportunities geared toward K-12 students but appealing to learners of all ages. Aln all-around great opportunity for visitors and residents a like to get a glimpse of the science and biomedical research taking place in SLU.
