HR Boot Camp ensures that key employees remain current about company exposure in legal matters surrounding sexual harassment, wage and hour issues, and the proper conduct of employee performance reviews.

The HR Knowledge Boot Camp is ideally suited for all new HR emploees and can be offered as a refresher course for managers and other staff. Our trainers focus on potential liability areas in the workplace.

Finding The Right Talent is A Challenge - Hiring Process Management

Anthem Breach
Anthem is a company that operates Blue Cross plans in 14 states and was the victim of a sophisticated cyber-attack. BCBS is an affiliate of Anthem. BCBS analysis of data provided by Anthem indicates that the personal information of approximately 375,000 of their members (mostly out-of-state) was accessed illegally as a result of the attack.

New Jersey Released A New State Wage and Hour Law Abstract Poster
The new poster reflects New Jersey's new minimum wage of $8.39 per hour, effective January 1, 2015.
