Tired of carrying your equipment up and down the stairs every week? Now you can rent a locker of your very own! Cost is $50 for the year for Club Members (see above). $100 for non-members. Expend less energy getting here, have more energy on the strip! (Please provide your own lock.)

Guide to Classes
|
Guide to Classes Classes start the week of September 8th.
Learn to Fence classes are for beginners -- those with little or no prior instruction in fencing. Students will remain at the Learn to Fence level for at least two terms before moving on to Skills, in order to gain mastery of basic techniques and protocols. Basic footwork, simple attacks and defense are covered, as are the rules and etiquette of the sport.
Skills classes are designed for students who are comfortable with the elements covered in Learn to Fence, and who are ready for more complex techniques. This intermediate class is designed to be repeated, and even advanced level students can benefit from the technical instruction provided.
Youth Level 3 and Strategy and Tactics classes are for fencers who have demonstrated a commitment to improving their skills and applying those skills in competition or recreational bouting. A wide variety of topics will be covered, from situational bouting to tournament preparation. Youth Level Three requires coach's approval.
