BonusBonus Days!
June 10,11 and 12 mark the last official weekday classes of the May/June term, while Saturday classes continue until June 21 (because of the Memorial Day weekend).

But don't despair -- we will have a bonus day of fencing on Thursday, June 19th -- a chance for you to come in to fence and to bring friends and family to the club to try the sport.  Times are 5-6pm and 7-8.

Also, any currently enrolled fencers age 13 and over will have the $10 Open Fencing fee waived on Wednesday June 18!
YL3Youth Level 3
Next Step on the Road to Competitive Fencing

Youth Level 3
Age 10-14 (Younger fencers with coach's approval)

Summer Class meets Wednesday  5-6:30 pm
(1.5 hours)

Designed for experience youth fencers who are ready to take the next step, students enrolled in Level 3 will be actively working to improve their performance in competitive situations, whether bouting at the club or attending competitions.

The summer Level 3 class will serve as an introduction to a comprehensive Level 3 program which will kick off in the fall.  We will be providing details for Level 3 in the coming weeks -- in the meantime, please talk with Syd if you are interested, to determine if you are ready for Level 3.

Great Turn Out!

We've had great turn-outs the last couple of Battles, and look forward to hosting more visitors from other clubs in the coming months.
The Battle for the Bottle is a friendly, informal, self-directed evening of fencing. One large pool each for foil and epee, (Sabre will take a hiatus over the summer) with an age-appropriate bottle for the winner. Entry fee is the $10 per event. Late arrivals will be squeezed in, bad sports will be ejected.
