Future Leaders Recap
Successful Meeting

Last Friday was the third meeting of the NorCal NECA Future Leaders. Brian Gini led an impressive tour of Collins Electric's recently completed facility in Stockton. Following the tour, we met under the direction of Bryan Kucinski, Sr. Consultant with FMI. Bryan generated a collaborative discussion on the function and purpose of leaders versus managers and aligning resources to promote success. This topic led well into a discussion on the effective management of pre-planning activities. The meeting materials included a checklist which attendees could use or modify for their own purposes. Thank you to all who attended and participated, with special appreciation to Collins Electric for opening their doors to this talented group of people.
