 Realtors, Celebrate Homeownership Month with IHDA! Answer the question below in 100 words or less. The Realtor with the most creative response will be featured as IHDA's Realtor of the Month (for the month of August). One of the biggest hurdles for home buyers is coming up with a down payment for a home. How do you use IHDA's first-time home buyer programs to increase the pool of qualified buyers and help them into homes they never would have imagined owning? The winner will receive:
- A feature in IHDA's August newsletter with your photo, contact information and a brief bio.
- A posting of your photo, contact information and a brief bio on the WelcomeHomeIllinois.gov website that will remain up for the month of August.
- Recognition on IHDA's Facebook and Twitter pages throughout August with your contact information.
How to enter:
IHDA will accept submissions from Friday, June 20 through July 18. There is no limit to the number of submissions and multiple entries are allowed. IHDA will make the selection and will notify the winner during the week of July 23.
