Wow, AMAZING things have been happening for me ... on a personal level, I'm about to become an empty nester.  Our oldest is living independently (finally!), our middle one is a freshman in college and our youngest is shipping out for USAF Basics Training in less than 2 months!  Years ago, I remember thinking this day would never arrive and, truly in a blink of an eye, it's here.  Now I want a do-over (or is that what grandchildren are for?) haha!

All of this is happening at a very good time though. My personal direction as a VA is going to new levels ... Certified Online Business Manager.  It will be a busy 4 months of training and one week for certification ... I can't wait!! I'm looking forward to joining the ranks of other fabulous OBMs - all mentored by the amazing, Tina Forsyth and her team.  Achieving this certification will allow me to operate at a higher level of managerial support for 2-3 online business clients.  I have also finally moved away from the retainer-based (hourly) packages and I'm now offering value-based service and support packages.  Check them out!
