You may be noticing a different "look" with this newsletter template (and if not, then look at a previous newsletter).  We have updated the look of our website so we just had to have a newsletter branded to the new look.  Thanks to Patty and Paula (our Website Wizard and Jargon Jedi duo), we have brought personality and a fresh new look into our old tired website.   Take a look at the transformation!

This project has motivated us to host another webinar in September on bringing personality into your website with content and design.  We will be using our very own website as an example.

Falling In Love With Your Site
In June, you had a chance to read Paula's article on infusing personality into your website using content. This month, we're going to be focusing on infusing more personality into your site through your design.

As a web designer, I love when clients come to me with the feedback that they LOVE their design. Collaborating with business owners to get to that point is a passion of mine. I almost feel like a matchmaker during consultations with new clients, asking questions like:
  • What are you looking for in your website? 
  • What do you want your website to say to visitors? 
  • Who is your target audience? 
  • How often are you going to be looking to update your site? 

Whether this is your first time dipping your toe into the dating (er, website) arena or you're disillusioned with your site and looking for a new one, there are a few things to consider to make this a successful relationship. Just like in dating, it's important to look for a connection, growth potential, and a long-term commitment.
