Hello Council and Unit Presidents,
I have a request from the Annual Meeting/Founders Day committee.
To make our February 13th event more personal and fun this year, our committee would like pictures of events, trainings, family nights, carnivals, book fairs, docent programs and any other PTA related activities to include in the table centerpieces for our annual breakfast.
Our theme this year is The Magic of PTA...You! We want to highlight the amazing work accomplished by all our volunteers! To have a spectacular display, we need MANY, MANY pictures. We plan for 53 tables with three to four pictures per table!
You may send JPEG photos via email, drop off a disk at our district office in Annex A, 6401 Linda Vista Road, San Diego or contact Beth Bacting for other arrangements. Please include your unit and council name with your submissions.
Please send in pictures by Wednesday, January 30th. This will allow the committee time to print the photos and arrange the centerpieces.
