| Greetings! |
"Whether we want them or not, the New Year will bring new challenges; whether we seize them or not, the New Year will bring new opportunities" ~ Michael Josephson
2012 is behind us, and what a year it was!
Our annual December conference was the biggest yet, with over 100 in attendance for Mike Jone's keynote address. Our conference focus - and our focus for this year - is that "Personal Breakthroughs lead to Business Breakthroughs".
2013 is fast shaping up to be another year filled with powerful learning and 'A-ha' moments. Whether you're looking to improve individual performance, strengthen and empower teams, develop leadership capacity, or manage and support change within your organization, we look forward to working with you. |

The results are in!

Survey results collected after our annual December Conference highlighted four major development concerns for attendees going forward into 2013. In priority order, they are:
- Leadership; including such things as leadership development, leadership training, colour energies and leadership, and succession planning and career development.
- Insights usage; including on-going articles and notes on using Insights Discovery, reinforcement of how to use the Insights system, and making training meaningful to staff.
- Change; including such things as adapting to change, managing change, and keeping employees engaged throughout the change process.
- Teams; including how to build effective teams, ongoing employee relationship and team building, and communication strategies for team development.
These four concerns will become the focus of much or our development and communication efforts over the next year. Watch for opportunities to strengthen and enhance your skills in the various areas with sessions developed with you in mind.
If 'Change' was one of your hot topic items, don't hesitate to contact our office to learn more about 'Making Change Work - Metrics for Strengthening Engagement in Changing Times'. Learn how to 'adapt and connect' to motivate the different individuals and personalities within your organization.
If 'Insights usage' was at the top of your score card, don't forget about the thumb-drive included in your participant package from the conference - it's filled with all sorts of ideas, exercises and materials to strengthen your delivery and effectiveness. If you'd like some one-on-one time to work with these or other materials, contact your client manager or our office - we're eager to help.

Looking for a Refresh?
| |
Insights Refresh is a professional development one-day interactive workshop for Client Practitioners who are committed to maintaining their Accredited status by keeping their learning alive. While each program is adjusted to meet the needs of the registered participants, a typical day addresses questions such as:
- What exercises can I use to reinforce key messages in a personal effectiveness workshop?
- What do I need to remember when debriefing an individual's Insights Discovery Profile?
- How can I apply other chapters in the Insights Discovery Profile?
- What is common, and different, as you transition from an introductory workshop to Discovering Team Effectiveness or Discovering Leadership Effectiveness?
- What's the difference between an integrated Insights learning strategy and single event workshops?
- What new resources might fit with the needs in my organization?
The Insights Refresh is open to any Client Practitioner who has previously participated in an Insights Discovery Accreditation (IDA).
If you are unsure if you should attend this session, please contact your Client Manager or the Insights Vancouver office.
The next scheduled CP Refresh is April 2nd. To register for this session or learn more, click HERE.

Insights Discovery Accreditations are held in Vancouver twice each year, and they're open to candidates who will be using the Insights Discovery system internally as part of their organizational learning and development strategy. We also provide internal Accreditations for organizations that have 8 or more candidates.
Enrollment closes one month prior to the start date and is usually full prior to the close of enrollment. If you or someone in your organization is considering Accreditation, please contact your Client Manager or the Insights office to discuss the Accreditation process.
In the past number of years, each Accreditation has been over-subscribed with waiting lists. The next scheduled Insights Discovery Accreditation begins May 6, 2013. Don't be disappointed. Contact our office today for IDA registration details.
