OK, I know I am bragging a little bit but being able to attend High Point Furniture Market and observe the best of the best is uplifting and inspiring and I want to share my experience with all of you. I hope you enjoy.

CR LAINE SHOWROOM is always one of my favorites.
I felt the love of cozy, more is more heading our way, yes florals are showing up everywhere in larger than life forms. For example the CR LAINE Furniture Showroom displayed the art inspired by Tobi Fairley paired up with her furniture in room vignettes, and the art was fabulous, it felt Southern with a new twist. I Loved it.
Acrylic continues to be spotted in many of the showrooms, if you are leaning towards a glamorous atmosphere, add a piece of acrylic to the mix of things.

I observed were clean modern designs with bold contrasting lively colors.

A dominate color story was what I would call jewel tones, colors like this beautiful Peacock. I noticed navy with mint green, mid-tones and dark blue with dark greens. This color story feels rich, solid and classic.

Traditional Home had their 2015 Designer Showhouse going on at the same time as High Point Furniture Market so Loretta Bell and I headed over to see this year's house and it was wonderful, every room was tastefully done and we both were so glad we took the time to see it and you should too.
