Welcome Rev. Custer

Please welcome Rev. Margaret Custer who will be with us for this Sunday while Ted is away on vacation.

Daily Office

Rev. Custer would like to invite all of us to join in the The Daily Office, Morning and Evening Prayers. Web address is:  http://dailyoffice.org/. It is an online group praying website. Check it out. A side bar will let you see who else is praying along at that time. Hit "watch here" and the list of towns and countries will come up.

ELRHC Fundraiser

The Eastern Lakes Region Housing Coalition is selling beautiful Fall Mums to support its on-going educational programs.  These are beautiful nursery-grown plants in large 8 inch pots, ready for pick up on Saturday, August 31.  If you would like to order some of these beautiful plants for your own garden, please speak with Carolyn Sundquist, Louise Graham, Donna Young, or Jane Milligan, for ordering information.  Order forms are posted on the bulletin board in the Undercroft.

Missing Office Items

The parish office is missing a tape dispenser and blue handled scissors. If anyone knows where they are, please return them to the office. Thank you.

Lost & Found items are being displayed on the table in the undercroft under the projection screen. Feel free to reunite yourself with any items that you had left in the church buildings.

"Caregivers" Needs You

Caregivers of Southern Carroll County is in need of drivers. This group is a non profit in town that provides rides for medical appointments to hospitals and doctors. You can choose how much or how little you wish to participate. You can also choose if you wish to stay local or drive longer distances. If you are interested, please contact Shirley Bentley at 569-3714.

Food Pantry Needs

Other items needed are supplies for babies and mothers (diapers size 3-5, wipes, toothbrushes/paste, personal hygiene items, shampoo and clothing for children).
