Summer Fair Thanks

All who came together to pull off a successful fair deserve kudos.  A tent load of thanks to all of you for the impressive pouring of donations, hours spent lifting, measuring, sifting, pricing, hauling, and boxing.  The effort to coordinate and bring all elements to play on fair day demonstrated a well-rehearsed drill, a reflection of years of experience, and bold determination. The results of this joint effort are rewarded in myriad ways, and gladly received and anticipated by the community who flock to the grand one day event.

Dave H and Lee W at the fair
Dave Haeger & Lee White found just what they needed at the fair!

An extra special thank you goes out to each member of the table making squad.  With heads together forming plans, then with saws screaming, saw dust flying, the carpenters crafted brand new tables and folding sawhorse legs.  That's ninety tables and three hundred sixty legs!   Thanks are also in order to Mary and Dave Hager who furnish storage in their barn for all those tables and legs!

Lost & Found (and Lost)

Lost & Found items are being displayed on the table in the undercroft under the projection screen. Feel free to reunite yourself with any items that you had left in the church buildings.

The parish office is missing a tape dispenser and blue handled scissors. If anyone knows where they are, please return them to the office. Thank you.

Winnipesaukee Relay Team Assembling

Robin Soller, Rector of Trinity, Meredith, one of our convocation coordinators and a runner is trying to organize our convocation parishes to do the 2013 Winnipesaukee Relay and asked if we could publicize the race and our intention to have our parishes get together to complete it, run legs. The race is held on Saturday, September 7th at 8 a.m. The race starts and finishes at Funspot - Weirs Beach.
