Monthly Combined Service & Congregational Conversation Begins This Week
| |
This week we will have one service at 9 am with a discussion afterward on how we can become a more welcoming and hospitable congregation. Please plan on taking part in this discussion. Refreshments will be served.
|
|
Carpooling to Church
| |
This Sunday there is only one service at 9:00 followed by conversation about how we can be more welcoming. I'd like to suggest that this would be a good Sunday to get in touch with neighbors and carpool to church. Besides saving money and gas and creating less pollution, it's a great way to get to know other church members better. Since we'll all be at the same worship service this Sunday, it's an ideal time to reach out to neighbors who you don't normally see at church because of different worship times. See you Sunday!

ACTS Day Camp
| |
ACTS runs a day camp for children between the ages of 10-14. This year the weeks of camp are July 29-August 2, and August 5-August 9. These camps run from 9-3 daily at Dot's farm on Federal Corner Rd in Center Tuftonboro. We are looking for a few volunteers who would love to learn more about service dogs and help out for one or more days at this day camp. If you are interested, please contact Dot Hyde-Williams at 569-9991.

Senior Meals & Activities
|
The Senior Center held their annual volunteer recognition luncheon this week. All Saints' office administrator, Donna Young, received a plant and certificate from Lynn Tyler, Executive Director of the Senior Center. The tokens of appreciation were given in gratitude for allowing the Senior Center to use the facilities at All Saints' for their meals and programs.
 | Sorry about the photo, Donna! But glad you were so happy!
