Welcome to the September 2015 Newsletter of WorkShoots 

September 2010 WorkShoots opened with little fanfare in a 1,250-square-foot space in an old building on Monroe Avenue.  

 Our goal was to create a space where photographers could make use of professional equipment and other amenities of a professional photography studio.

This month with little fanfare we turn five with the same goal and the knowledge that we have helped photographers and models fulfill their creative dreams.

And we fulfill those dreams in a larger, 2,500 square space with three studio spaces.

Here's to another five years!

Thank-you to all who participated over the years.  

 I look forward to working with past, present and future creatives for 
 another five years and beyond!

   WorkShoots PORTRAIT CLUB
NEXT MEETING MONDAY September 14        AT 7 P.M.

Join us for part club, part education, part photoshoot.  We'll have a handful of models to shoot while we also learn about lighting, posing and getting the perfect image.

Cost is $30 or one membership credit.

There is always something to learn about Photoshop and Lightroom and expert users John Hacht and Kelly Walkotten lead a panel discussion on the questions and topics YOU raise in group.  Great for beginners and experts of any level to participate and learn!

Cost is $15 or 1/2 credit to WorkShoots members.  Bring a laptop if you wish.

Class is back in session!  Photography 101 covers camera operation and then takes the student into the technical side of photography--getting exposure perfect every shot.  You'll work with your camera for three nights September 29, October 6 and 20.  

Registration required and our $149 price is reduced to $119 if you register by September 25!

We'll have a handful of models available to shoot outside and inside at WorkShoots studios.  This is a TF shoot between models and photographers with a cost of $30 or one membership credit per photographer.

TF means models exchange time for pictures from photographers.

 We've Simplified It!

INITIAL MEMBERSHIP:  $65 and get 2 credits that are bankable.

CONTINUING MEMBERSHIP OPTION A:  $30 purchases 1 credit and add that credit to bankable hours if you don't use it.  Buy additional bankable hours for $25.

CONTINUING MEMBERSHIP OPTION B: $65 purchases 4 credits that are good for month purchased in.  

CONTINUING MEMBERSHIP OPTION C: $100 purchases unlimited credits that are good for month purchased in.  


ALL UNUSED CREDITS EXPIRE IF MEMBERSHIP LAPSES.  MONTHLY PAYMENTS DUE By 15th of each month.

You can rent the studio as a non-member also.  Cost is $45 for first hour and $35 for additional hours per session.
