In November 2015, Congress enacted legislation requiring federal agencies to adjust their civil penalties to account for inflation. The Department of Labor is adjusting penalties for its agencies, including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Seaport Village: Speed wins day

Memory Lapse
An elderly couple had dinner at another couple's house. Afterward, the wives left the table and went into the kitchen while the men stayed behind to chat.
"Last night, we went to a new restaurant and it was really great," one man said to the other. "I would recommend it!"
"What was the name of it?" the other asked.
The first man thought and thought. Finally, he said,
