The GHT Fitness Challenge has come to a close. Congratulations to everyone that took on the fitness challenge! We hope the activities you have participated in during the 8-week challenge remain a part of your every day life. 
A huge THANK YOU to the team captains for submitting team points each week and being the main contact person for your team. We couldn't have done it without you!

Improvement is determined by calculating the percentage of increase between the total points earned during the first four weeks and the last four weeks. Only those teams that submitted points every week were eligible.

  • LaVerne Foster from Motiva8ed participated in the 5th Annual Tour De Highland in Mequon. It is a 19.6 mile bike ride.
  • The High Cliff Triathalon was held in Sherwood, WI. The Sole Sisters were represented by Kari Jacoby. William Putnam represented Fitness is Forever and Samantha Kerbel from Your Pace or Mine participated.
  • Tara Woodford from Team Highway was in Cadott, WI for the Alzheimers walk on June 15.
  • The Relay for Life in Rhinelander was attended by Donna Shimeck (Hope, Strength, Courage). 
  • DCP's Elite Eight were represented by Ellie Claycomb at the Ride For Nature in Baileys Harbor.
  • Matt and Jolynn Zierden (Orange Flash) ran in the Bellin Run in Green Bay. A member of Extreme Team, Nicole Unti, also ran in this race. She beat her time from the previous year.
  • Rose Riege participated in the Relay for Life-Ozaukee Lakeside. She is a member of Motiv8ed.
  • The Relay for Life at Bay Port High School was attended by Krysta Quigley (Booty Busters).
  • Karl Guenther did a three mile walk in the June Dairy Days Parade in Markesan and also did the Fox Valley Pacesetters Run in Appleton. He is a member of Gut Commanders.
  • Theresa Schmitz represented FLASH in the North Fondy Fest Run/Walk.
  • "I completed my first ever quarter marathon," says Mindy Crayton. She represented Working Blues at the Summerfest Rock 'n Sole in Milwaukee.
  • Warren Johnson (Awesome A Team) participated in the Walk with the Governor in Sawyer County.
