Does it make sense to buy dental insurance?

Unlike medical insurance, which offers unlimited coverage, dental insurance generally limits their coverage to $ 1000 to $ 1500 a year. However many dental insurance cover free preventive care, so that twice a year teeth are regularly checked and cleaned.

For major services such as crowns and root canals  a waiting period of 1 year is customary. The waiting period is necessary as in the past many clients bought the insurance and canceled it as soon as the major dental work was done, with the consequence that the insurance carrier had huge losses.

My advice is that dental insurance is not necessary if you have good and healthy teeth. But if you have crowns and fillings than you better off having a dental insurance. The regularly free preventive care will assure that your teeth are kept in good condition and in the event that major work is needed, you will pay one-third of the customary dental fees.

Before buying a dental insurance check to see whether your dentist is in the network of the insurance plan you are considering.

Long Term Care Insurance is critical for all generations.

I am personally experiencing the benefit of using long term care for my ailing father. It is easy to understand why Long Term Care insurance is so important, and helps to eliminate stress for the generation left behind.
While many people are interested in exploring Long Term Care Insurance (LTC) many consumers are reluctant to make the final decision to purchase Long Term Care Insurance. Objections such as unforeseen rate increases and the possibility of never to having to use the LTC insurance before death are reasonable objections. If you are hesitant, then you should consider a Universal Life Insurance with a LTC rider. This allows you to know your annual premiums, and your heirs will be able to receive the full amount of life insurance in the event you did not need any or only a portion of the  Long Term Care.
