DOR Releases Preliminary 2015 Equalized Value and Net New Construction Numbers
Today, the Department of Revenue (DOR) posted on its website the preliminary 2015 Equalized Values, Tax Incremental District (TID) Values, Net New Construction Report, and County Apportionment Report. DOR provides each municipality an opportunity to review the equalized values before the department certifies them on Friday, August 14.
Growth in the state's total valuation due to net new construction between 2014 and 2015 was 1.2 percent.
