Staff Appreciated With a Week of Treats
|
The 2015 Staff Appreciation Week, sponsored by Student Council, the PTSA, Pep Club and other clubs, included some new twists this year. This year's theme, which took place February 9-12, was Orange You Glad You Work Here? We Are! Students were encouraged to write notes of appreciation to their teachers, and these notes were placed in faculty mailboxes. On Monday, the staff was treated to a hot breakfast in the faculty café. Staff members also entered a raffle for Spartan-themed prizes. On Tuesday, the staff enjoyed a yogurt and toppings bar. On Wednesday, staff enjoyed Mariano's freshly squeezed orange juice with bagels in the staff café. Of course, Appreciation Week would not be complete without wrapping it up with a Spartan Jell-O cake! <<read more>>
