Trinity Boston Foundation supporters share their vision, camaraderie and generosity at this year's Bostonians for Youth Gala at the Fairmont Copley Plaza.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

DEAR FRIENDS,

Charles brings down the house with his dance interpretation of Ellie Goulding's "Burn."
We promised that inspiration would be on the menu at our 8th Annual Bostonians for Youth Gala -- and it was! Last evening, 400 friends and supporters of Trinity Boston Foundation gathered at the Fairmont Copley Plaza to hear stories of resilience and resolve from this city's remarkable youth.

There was Valerie, our "no nonsense"  poet-in-residence and all around top-notch scholar, along with her best friend and student mentor Courtney. There was Nate, a Foundation life coach helping young men of color like Malachi become the students and adults they want to be. There was Charles, who offered a spectacular dance interpretation of life on his own terms. Then there was Quay, navigating personal challenges with the help of long-distance running and the support of his mentor and friend Del.

WE HEARD THEIR STORIES. WE SHARED THEIR VISION. WE CELEBRATED THEIR SUCCESS.

Valerie captivates the audience with her dramatic and poetic performance about a young woman's journey to self-acceptance.
They illustrated just how effective Trinity Boston Foundation's three programs -- Trinity Boston Counseling Center, Sole Train: Boston Runs Together, and Trinity Education for Excellence Program (TEEP) -- are. If you attended the event, you had the privilege of engaging with these young people first-hand. If you were unable to be with us in person, you can still experience the spirit of the event by tapping into our Trinity Boston Foundation Facebook page and Youtube channel to see photos and video from the evening.

Either way, if you have not done so already, I hope you will consider making a gift in support of the incredible young people we serve and the amazing organizations with whom we partner. Thank you for your commitment to our mission of unlocking opportunity and changing the odds for Boston's youth.

Yours,

Louise Signature
